• 📦 Return condition: Product sealed/unopened hona chahiye
• ❌ No return: Khule hue ya use kiye gaye products par return nahi hoga
• 🔄 Refund: Verified complaint par replacement ya refund diya jayega
• 📸 Process: Photo/video ke saath WhatsApp ya email par contact karein
• 🚚 Damaged delivery: Courier se damaged aaya toh full refund/replacement
